Sugar Cane (E.A.) Decaf, Colombia, Cauca
This is a washed coffee from the region of Tolima, Colombia. It is decaffeinated using Ethel Acetate, a natural bi-product of sugarcane processing in Colombia. Ethel Acetate is an organic compound and the most common ester in wine. In addition, it has a naturally sweet aroma and typically adds nice sweetness to the coffee during decaffeination. This is by far the best decaffeination method on the market and we're very proud to bring you this incredible coffee! From this cup we get meyer lemon acidity, and black cherry. Enjoy!
