This coffee comes from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. this is the largest growing region in Brazil. This is a collection of coffee from area farmers with similar flavor profiles. This blend is made up of multiple varieties with the main one being Yellow Bourbon. This coffee is full natural dry processed in order to bring full body, tons of chocolate and a slight cherry note.
