This coffee comes from near the town of Ataco in El Salvador. The farm is owned by Humberto Mueller, a friend of Ricardo Ariz from El Aguila. Ricardo buys his coffees in cherry and does all processing at his mill. We buy several varietals from Ricardo every year. This one is a honey processed Marsellesa varietal. We get notes of apple, melon with pear. Enjoy!
