El Salvador, El Aguila Pacamara

This coffee comes from near the town of Santa Ana in El Salvador. The farm is owned by Ricardo Ariz and his wife Kate. We buy two different varietals from Ricardo's farm every year and the two coffees are very distinct from each other. This Pacamra varietal is honey processed and has notes of cherry, strawberry and grape. Enjoy!
